About The Coastal
The Coastal Beach Team brings a unique blend of professional expertise, leadership experience, and genuine personal connection to every real estate transaction.
We are Brian and Jack, partners in life since 1988 and married since July 2013. Before beginning our real estate careers, we each enjoyed successful careers with DuPont, retiring in 2018 after decades of service. Jack retired as a Chemist and Laboratory Supervisor, while Brian retired as an Area Manager. Throughout our careers, we developed strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills that continue to serve our clients today.
In addition to our professional roles, we were actively involved in DuPont’s employee resource group, BGLAD, where Brian served as a Global Lead and Jack as a Local Lead in Buffalo, New York. Through these leadership positions, we received extensive diversity, equity, and inclusion training, including participation in the Out & Equal Workplace Summit. These experiences strengthened our ability to connect with people from all backgrounds and understand the importance of listening, empathy, and respect.
After taking early retirement, we followed our passion for helping others and earned our South Carolina real estate licenses in 2019. Since then, we have been dedicated full-time Realtors, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Our approach is personal. We believe that every client deserves more than just a transaction—they deserve trusted advisors who take the time to understand their goals, concerns, and dreams. By combining strong listening skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service, we help guide our clients through what can often be a stressful process with confidence and peace of mind.
The relationships we build often extend far beyond the closing table, and our greatest reward is hearing clients say they were grateful to have us by their side every step of the way.
